In my therapy practice, we will feel into these questions as well as look at and build on practical ways to work with life’s many challenges. Through mindful inquiry, curiosity and kind humor, we’ll together create a space that is safe and expansive, that will allow you to find yourself in new and exciting ways.

Therapeutic Approach

My therapy style is relational, explorative and compassionate. I work through a trauma-informed lens and use somatic based interventions. Our bodies are deeply informative and we will draw from that source of wisdom. I work well in areas of depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, women's issues, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ matters and life transitions.

I utilize a social justice framework which essentially means that we are never outside of the context of the world around us. Systems of oppression and our identities hold huge impact on how we perceive the world and are treated. In my practice, we can discuss these important influences and work towards anti-oppression and anti-racism actively.

  • I always recommend starting with weekly sessions.

    My main offering is weekly 50-minute meetings where we can create consistency in working towards goals and help you build a better relationship with yourself.

    I reserve a few sliding scale fee spots in my practice, please discuss with me if you may need this accommodation

  • For those who may need less support or want to work with maintenance of goals already achieved, I offer every other week 50-minute sessions.
